In relationships, business, and love… The gap is EVERYTHING!

When one person is deep in their inner work—constantly evolving, reflecting, healing—and the other is barely scratching the surface, it creates a massive disconnect.

This disparity can lead to misunderstandings, frustration, and a sense of disconnection.

It’s like trying to build something together when you’re on completely different floors of the same building.

Attempting to build a connection with understanding when each person operates on different levels of self-awareness is similar to constructing a structure on uneven ground. The foundation lacks stability, making it challenging to achieve harmony and mutual progress. Plain and simple, it creates madness and frustration.

I don’t know about you but I experienced the gap with my family of origin, friends, business partners, and boyfriends many times in my life.

Once I got tired of the same disheartening experience I did the math and it wasn’t adding up.

Why did I keep attracting the same gap of consciousness, considerateness, and growth with these people?

So I had to ask myself the hard question…

Where was the gap within myself?

Where did I need to change my limiting beliefs?

Where did I lack consideration and compassion for myself?

Where was my shadow out of balance with my light?

After I had a board meeting with all parts of myself, I stopped allowing myself to be breadcrumbed with less than experiences that left me feeling unseen and unheard. Misunderstood. Disconnected.

When I decided this, my phone and free time got real quiet. Crickets.

My family would exclude me from gatherings because it was clear our values and energies didn’t match anymore.

My relationships became catalyst for clarity of unmet needs and lack of matched efforts.

When I got right with in with self discovery I gained clarity and the awareness to transform and become a bridge for the gap!

It gave me my second sight: the capacity to perceive both the physical world and the unseen. A heightened intuition or insight.

That has been my gift in the entire process of closing the gap and becoming a bridge for myself and others.

Remember, in relationships, business, and love… The gap is EVERYTHING!
