We pay our teachers once a month. Payments are processed on the 15th of each month.

is the contract for tutors indefinite?
The agreement we have with our teachers is valid for the time they work with us. We don't have a fixed-term agreement.
As long as there's good collaboration between both parties, the teacher and the company, it's fine to continue working together.
The clients belong to the company and cannot be taken by the tutor in the event of their departure.
what is the academy's holiday schedule?
We take the last week of the year off, fully, as a company.
Usually, students have four classes per month, and it helps that December has five weeks. For this reason, we typically take the last week, usually from Dec 24th to Dec 31st, as a break.
can tutors request time off for travel or vacation, and how does this impact their students?
Travel is never a problem, as many teachers have taught their classes while visiting other places or seeing family.
If a tutor wants to take a vacation and will not be able to teach, they notify us in advance so we can either find another teacher or the student waits until the tutor returns.
It is usually helpful if the tutor gives us one month's notice so we can plan the schedule for the upcoming month with the student.
