Zeahlot is a renowned international speaker, mentor, author, and a visionary force for women's personal and professional development. With over a decade of experience, she has established multiple businesses in addition to mentoring hundreds of women in growing their empires globally.
With her expertise as a serial entrepreneur and retired psychotherapist, she has mentored hundreds of female business owners with direction for their vision to create impact and income with their gifts.

As a first-generation Mexican American woman, she has delivered powerful messages on leadership, business, and mental health through multiple media outlets and events.
She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University and completed advanced studies in leadership and entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California through The Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Program. Within her work, Zeahlot seamlessly blends academic rigor with real-world experience, making her insights both profound and practical.

In 2022, a year after the devastating loss of her father to leukemia, she decided to retire from practicing psychotherapy, embrace minimalism by selling 80% of her belongings, and travel internationally. Her decision to practice full authenticity with her person and career saved her years of career, identity misalignment, and it also ignited an unprecedented amount of personal and professional adventure, wisdom, and experiences paved with unexpected twists and unimaginable gifts now shared with women around the world.
As the CEO and Founder of Business and Pleasure Inc., Zeahlot has transformed the lives of thousands, particularly culturally diverse and first-generation women, guiding them toward leadership excellence.
Her work has garnered numerous testimonials from women who attest to her exceptional ability to lead, heal, and inspire. My name is Zeahlot, and I am a visionary thought leader who is grateful for the opportunity to inspire women and be inspired by them as they step into their power with clarity and purpose.
I love gathering with powerful humans who are excited to create a legacy with income and impact by changing the way the world operates.
I am a mentor, International speaker, author, and retired psychotherapist who very much loves serial entrepreneurship.
As a female founder, I have had the experience of transforming my life to my choosing and design. It has been my greatest gift thus far in addition to the wisdom gained over the last 10 years. Business and Pleasure has been a long time in the making.

I have a few core beliefs when it comes to creating the life I desire to experience as a woman with vision, faith, and courage:
Building a business is a spiritual process.
If we cannot see God in others, we do not know God.
You don’t get what you want; you get what you are.
You don’t get what’s fair; you get what you negotiate.
Entrepreneurial success is a result of the powerful humans we become in the process of making the world a better place.
We plan; God laughs.
I’m 37, and for over a decade, I have dedicated my life to personal and professional growth, transforming not only myself but also the lives of thousands of women around me. I believe true empowerment comes from aligning with one’s authentic self, leading with purpose, and embracing the journey of continuous growth and healing.
My teachings span various domains—the art of sales, identity-based marketing, mental health, relationships, and spirituality—offering a holistic approach to growth. With a deep emphasis on intuition, values, and meaningful connections, I see my work as a mission, a calling to mentor powerful individuals who lead lives of profound impact and purpose.
I’ve had a couple of spiritual smackdowns that have helped me accelerate my growth:
Losing my father to leukemia in 90 days and personally watching him die at his bedside.
Losing my dog Lola while I was across the globe.
Divorcing my family of origin shortly after my father’s passing.
Having $5 left in my personal bank account with $200k in debt for business growth.
Soul-crushing uncoupling with my live-in partner of 5 years.
These experiences have definitely built me and happened for me to become the woman I am today.
Outside of my business pursuits, I find happiness in many simple and meaningful pleasures. I enjoy savoring diverse veggie culinary delights in restaurants with breathtaking views. Creativity flows through my love for interior design, journaling, and coloring with gel markers. Comfort is essential to me, whether it’s wrapping up in soft blankets or relaxing with a soothing sound bath. Connecting with nature and indulging in sensory experiences, such as floating in isolation tanks and enjoying massages, brings me immense joy. I thrive on deep, open-minded conversations, exploring new places, and discovering innovative ways to heal and grow.

In a mid tier hotel room in sweaty hot Miami Florida during a fight with my mom. We had a conflict her and I as per usual and after telling her that I wanted her to die… more healed than wounded, it hit me that that was exactly the type of business I wanted to have. A business that helps people live more healed. That is my personal mission and the most powerful message I have dowloaded thus far about my purpose as an entrepreneur helping the world become a better place.
