The first is safe.
The second is intimate.
For most of my life, I learned how to speak from the first place.
Roles. Titles. Capabilities. Results.
I became very good at being the dependable one, the strong one, the one who had things handled.
But the deeper questions never left me.
There’s a difference between:
Here's what I do and here's who I am
I’ve lived seasons where I was building businesses and seasons where I was rebuilding my inner world. Seasons where I was guiding others and seasons where I needed guidance myself.
I know what it feels like to look accomplished on the outside and still sense an inner dissonance.
I know what it feels like to outgrow identities that once felt secure.
I know the loneliness that can exist when you’re the one everyone relies on, yet you’re the one asking the deeper questions no one else seems to be asking.
About closing the gap between awareness and embodiment.
About helping people, and myself, live in a way that feels internally honest, not just externally impressive.
My life experiences, my professional path, my entrepreneurial journey, and my healing work didn’t happen in separate lanes. They informed each other. They shaped how I listen, how I lead, and how I hold space for complexity without rushing it.
You need personal permission, and sometimes support, to become more truthful about who you already are.
This space, this work, this chapter of my life…
is an invitation into the second sentence.
Not just what I do.
But who I am becoming and who you are allowed to become too.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
For those of you who are new to my world Bienvenidos!
My name is Zeahlot, and I am a visionary thought leader who is grateful for the opportunity to inspire women and be inspired by them as they step into their power with clarity and purpose.
I love gathering with powerful humans who are excited to create a legacy with income and impact by changing the way the world operates.
I am a mentor, International speaker, author, and retired psychotherapist who very much loves serial entrepreneurship.
As a female founder, I have had the experience of transforming my life to my choosing and design. It has been my greatest gift thus far in addition to the wisdom gained over the last 10 years. Business and Pleasure has been a long time in the making.
I have a few core beliefs when it comes to creating the life I desire to experience as a woman with vision, faith, and courage:
Building a business is a spiritual process.
If we cannot see God in others, we do not know God.
You don’t get what you want; you get what you are.
You don’t get what’s fair; you get what you negotiate.
Entrepreneurial success is a result of the powerful humans we become in the process of making the world a better place.
We plan; God laughs.
My teachings span various domains—the art of sales, identity-based marketing, mental health, relationships, and spirituality—offering a holistic approach to growth. With a deep emphasis on intuition, values, and meaningful connections, I see my work as a mission, a calling to mentor powerful individuals who lead lives of profound impact and purpose.
I’ve had a couple of spiritual smackdowns that have helped me accelerate my growth:
Losing my father to leukemia in 90 days and personally watching him die at his bedside.
Losing my dog Lola while I was across the globe.
Divorcing my family of origin shortly after my father’s passing.
Having $5 left in my personal bank account with $200k in debt for business growth.
Soul-crushing uncoupling with my live-in partner of 5 years.
I enjoy savoring diverse veggie culinary delights in restaurants with breathtaking views. Creativity flows through my love for interior design, journaling, and coloring with gel markers. Comfort is essential to me, whether it’s wrapping up in soft blankets or relaxing with a soothing sound bath.
Connecting with nature and indulging in sensory experiences, such as floating in isolation tanks and enjoying massages, brings me immense joy.
I thrive on deep, open-minded conversations, exploring new places, and discovering innovative ways to heal and grow.
Outside of my business pursuits, I find happiness in many simple and meaningful pleasures.
