When I started to speak my truth and share it—all of it, the messy parts, the beautiful moments, the triumphs, and the soul crushing heartbreaks—everything in my life changed. I stopped running from the parts that felt too big or too painful to share. Instead, I leaned in. I realized that every challenge I faced, every scar I carried, wasn’t a burden—it was my gold that gave compassion, understanding, and wisdom.

In the mud is where I learned the mindset that helped me create my wisdom from my experiences that were a gift.

Each and every one of them.

I learned how to take my pain and turn it into power. To see the lessons hidden in the hard times and let them fuel my growth.

I became the woman that chooses her role rather than play the damsel, the unlikely to win, and any other script pre set for me by others.
