For years, I thought the struggles in my business were just due to not having enough resources.
Lack of time.
Lack of cash flow.
Lack of help.
Lack of clarity.
Lack of the right systems.
I found myself spinning my wheels, trying to keep everything running, but at the cost of my own well-being. I was constantly on the go, feeling like I was always just trying to catch up.
I kept telling myself, “If only I had more time, or if I could just figure out the right plan, I’d finally make it all work.”
A few breakdowns later, I realized the problem wasn’t about resources or time. The real shift came when I started to understand what I truly needed to align with.

Opportunity to prioritize and focus on what truly matters.
Opportunity to develop resourcefulness, financial discipline, and creative problem-solving.
Opportunity to cultivate independence, strengthen leadership skills, and learn the power of asking for support from the right people.
Opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign with values and vision.
Opportunity to streamline processes, innovate, and create structures that support long-term success.
And once that clarity came, everything started to fall into place. I understood something crucial about the work I do—and it completely changed how I approach my business.
It wasn’t how many times I failed at trying to do that thing in my business. It was the woman I was becoming in the process of expanding my business.
Accountable to my word.
Honest with my self about my feelings.
My ability to honor my intuition.
My unapologetic desire to create more for myself and my loved ones.
My vision to create impact around the world.
Marketing is about identity. It’s about sharing your story and your journey in a way that’s true to who you are.
Sales is about confidence. It’s trusting that what you offer is valuable and that the right people will appreciate it.
Growing up, I wasn’t taught to value myself or speak up about what I believed in. But over time, I realized that embracing who I truly am—without apology—was the key to moving forward in both my business and my personal life.
I had to stop hiding and stop trying to be someone I wasn’t aligning with anymore. And that’s when everything started to change for me.
I soon experienced shared values with Aligned clients, Aligned friendships, and a purpose driven partnership where I get to explore and play with business and pleasure.
So often, we’re taught to shrink ourselves, to be quiet, to play it safe. But it’s our stories—the moments we’ve struggled, the lessons we’ve learned—that are our greatest strength.
