At the end of each newsletter and podcast, you’ll always find the words: “I see you. You see me. I love you.” These words are more than just a signature; they are a reflection of my core values, a mantra of connection, and a heartfelt acknowledgment of the relationship we share in connection and community.
What these words mean and why I share them with you:
I See You
In today’s world, being truly seen can feel like a rarity. To see someone is to move beyond the surface, beyond labels and roles, to acknowledge the depth of their humanity. When I say, “I see you,” I’m affirming that your presence, your journey, and your struggles matter. You are not invisible, even in moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
“It’s in times of uncertainty that we find out who we really are.”
Through this newsletter, I strive to create a space where you feel seen—not just as a reader, but as a powerful human being. Whether you’re navigating business challenges, seeking personal growth for self mastery, or creating family legacy, my goal is to meet you where you are and honor your power.
You See Me
This relationship isn’t one-sided. As I write to you, I’m also sharing pieces of myself—my experiences, insights, and values. Vulnerability is at the heart of this exchange. When you engage with my words, you allow me to be seen as well. You witness my passion, my intentions, and the essence of who I am. It’s deathly scary and humbling equally.
I appreciate the gift you all give me in the exchange of vulnerability as this mutual “seeing” creates a bond that goes beyond transactional communication. It’s an acknowledgment that we’re all human, imperfect, and striving in our own ways. It’s a reminder that connection is built on shared understanding and authenticity.
I Love You
Love is the ultimate expression of connection, and it takes many forms. The love I speak of here is rooted in compassion, respect, and gratitude for this community. It’s the love of wanting the best for you, of celebrating your wins and holding space for your struggles.
Ending with “I love you” is my way of saying that you are valued, just as you are. It’s an affirmation that you don’t need to prove anything to be worthy of kindness, support, or encouragement. It’s a simple yet profound reminder that love—whether directed inward or outward—is the foundation for growth, healing, and transformation- our shared values in this community.
Why This Matters
In a world that often feels disconnected, these words are my anchor and my gift to you. They encapsulate what I hope this newsletter brings into your life: clarity, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. By saying, “I see you. You see me. I love you,” I hope to inspire you to embrace connection—not just with me, but with yourself and others.
Thank you for allowing me to see you, for seeing me in return, and for sharing this journey. In community we create something beautiful. Intimacy!
With love,
Zeahlot
