Standards Not Goals Define Your Life

Hi Beautiful,

Let’s take a quick minute and talk about something super important for women in business and leadership positions.

It’s not your goals.

It’s not your choice in life partner.

It’s not your legacy.

It’s not your nail color… although that is important too! 💅🏽

It’s actually the one essential aspect of our person that makes all the difference in whether or not we experience the life we desire.

It’s your standards.

Goals are simply a reflection of your journey, not the essence of it.

The true magic lies in the daily choices you make.

The commitments you honor and the unwavering standards you set for yourself.

Being a woman of your word even when it gets hard.

Focusing on the intentions and actions that align with your values.

Make them sacred, non negotiable practices that support you even when life feels challenging.

When your standards rise to meet your aspirations, so too does your success.

When everything was shaken in my world I held on to my standards and it’s what got me through the hardest times in my life.

Divorcing my family, grieving my father, having .10 cents left in the bank account, and a soul crushing break up that had me in therapy questioning whether or not I wanted a romantic relationship with any man moving forward.

I honored my standards and values even if it meant standing alone.

Remember, it’s the standards you nurture that shape the reality you create.

Women who prioritize personal accountability, spirituality, and conscious business practices create an entrepreneurial sandbox they get to play in vs. work in.

The standards you hold for yourself are the expectations you’ll have for the external experience you create from your inner world to your outer world. 🌎

P.S. I just increased my private mentorship sessions to 90 minutes for the woman who hasn’t had a life changing call with me yet that wants to uplift her standards in life, love, and the business.
